This type of bodywork is not simply 'horse massage' but takes the release of tension in the horse's anatomy to a different level: the interactive process of practitioner and horse cooperating in the release. In other words: This is not something that's done 'to' the horse, but rather 'with' the horse. The practitioner guides the horse through a series of targeted exercises to release tension in the three key areas that most affect performance. Stefanie mainly uses the Masterson Method™ in combination with other non-invasive modalities and exercises.*

Seminars
Besides being a Masterson Method™ certified practitioner and instructor, Stefanie offers 1-day "Hands-On Horse Mechanics™" seminars that familiarize participants with the basic elements of equine anatomy and biomechanis—hands on—and provides a basic understanding of what is needed to keep a horse comfortable, sound and fit under saddle and beyond. Stefanie also offers workshops "Grooming for Success", where participants learn basic professional "old school" grooming techniques.

Private Consultation
"Two eyes see more than one" is the motto here. Stefanie can team up with you or your trainer to spot possible muscular restrictions or external factors (e.g. saddle) that may keep your horse from performing optimally. Together, we will look at possible improvements in the areas of bodywork, gymnasticizing or tack.
Whether you would like to improve attitude, performance or behavior. We will explore your horse's current state and history and come up with an action plan to strive for improvements.*
*) Please note: Equine massage and bodywork is a non-invasive, gentle wellness modality aimed at enhancing performance in the healthy horse and never replaces proper veterinary care. If in doubt regarding the physical health of your horse please consult your veterinarian.
